Scott has the Educational Foundation for the Job

After graduating from Archbishop Rummel High School, Scott attended LSU and graduated from Loyola University with a Bachelor of Business degree in Marketing. He then moved on to Law School and earned a Juris Doctorate from Mississippi College.

Scott has worked in the family law practice, Discon Law Firm, for over 35 years and is licensed and practices law in both civil and common law jurisdictions of Louisiana and Mississippi.

Scott is seeking one of two of Mandeville’s Council-At-Large seats—his vision is to preserve and, where practical, to add value to what makes our place so unique and our life in it so enjoyable.
